Identity verification for international customers

If you are purchasing a website from outside of Australia, we will ask you for some extra information to verify your identity and address. This additional checking helps us fight credit card fraud.

The information you will be required to provide includes:

• A scanned copy of the front and back of the credit card used for your order
• A scanned copy of a utility bill for the address of your order.

At our discretion we may also request a scanned copy of your drivers license or business certificate.

Osc Works runs random checks on Australian orders so Australian customers may also be required to provide this information.

We do not allow you to register with a free email address (e.g. Hotmail, Gmail, Mac.com) so you will need to register with an email address that is linked to your Internet Service Provider. This is to help us prevent credit card fraud.
